Most advisors charge by the hour. We don't. The provider you pick pays our fee. No hourly rate, no retainer.
A provider can't push its priciest option on you. We bring you two or three and show them side by side. If none of them beats what you have, we'll say so.
We meet and find where you're losing time and money. You send us your loss runs and payroll by class code.
We compare what you pay now to what the big groups charge. Rate, rules, gaps.
You see the providers side by side, with real numbers, before you commit to anything.
You pick one. We move you over. Their team runs it from the first payroll on.
A client brought us a quote from another company. The price on the front page was $350,000. We went through it line by line. The real cost was $450,000. The extra $100,000 was in admin fees, unemployment tax, and claim charges that never made it to the summary page.
What we check includes:
Class codes. Every job on your payroll has a code, and every code has its own rate. If an office worker is coded as a field worker, you pay the field rate for a desk job. We check each code.
Unemployment tax. The state only taxes the first part of each worker's pay each year. Some groups charge you a higher rate than they pay the state, or keep charging after a worker hits that limit. We check both.
You see 2 or 3 options side by side, with every fee pulled out so each line means the same thing.
You buy with the big group, but you're rated on your own record. Other companies' claims are not your bill.
If what you have now is already the best deal, we tell you to keep it.
We go through it line by line and show you the real number. It costs you nothing. Your numbers stay with us.
